Savage & Cooke Cask Finished Bourbon Whiskey is a vibrant, cask-finished creation by Winemaker Dave Phinney and Distiller Jordan Via. The grain used is locally sourced, all within 50 miles of the distillery. The water comes from a high-elevation spring, ensuring its purity. The whiskey is aged in char #3 American oak barrels, coopered close to the distillery, and is uniquely finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels, adding a distinctive touch to its flavor profile.
