Dingle Original Pot Still Gin
Irish London Dry Gin | 42.5% ABV (85 Proof) | 700 mL
Process & Profile
Crafted in small batches in County Kerry, Ireland, Dingle Original Gin is produced using a classic London dry technique. Botanicals are macerated in neutral grain spirit for 24 hours before vapor distillation in a copper pot still named Oisín. What sets Dingle apart is its use of native Irish botanicals such as rowan berry, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn, and heather. After distillation, the spirit is cut with water sourced from a well deep beneath the distillery and bottled at 42.5% ABV.
