Recognized as a "Top 100 Spirit" by Wine Enthusiast, this signature rum stands among the rarest rums globally. It's crafted using the fresh juice of Hawaiian heirloom sugarcane (kō) cultivated in Kohala, Hawai‘i. The sugarcane juice undergoes fermentation with a special yeast, followed by distillation in a handcrafted copper pot still, to an ABV of 60-74%. This slow and meticulous process results in a flavorful rum that truly embodies the splendor of the kō.
This is an exceptionally flavorful rum, ideal for savoring neat or in top-tier cocktails.
Remarkably, less than 5% of rum worldwide is produced as an Agricole, meaning it's made from fresh sugarcane juice.
TASTING NOTES: The palate reveals green bananas, fuji apple, cherries, Japanese plum, starfruit, and lemongrass, leading to an Everlasting Gobstopper finish.
