The Decade Series III celebrates the blending of various aged whiskies, with the dominant profile being an 83% share of a Tennessee Bourbon from 2011, finished in new oak, contributing a significant share of vanilla, caramel, and toasty flavors. A 2012 Tennessee Bourbon, making up 12% of the blend, reinforces these characteristics. The Rye elements add spice and fruitiness, with a 2013 Indiana Rye finished in sherry barrels contributing a mere 2%, and a 2012 Canadian Rye finished in new oak rounding out the blend at 3%.
