Made from a single season’s harvest of heat, the heirloom spring soft white varietal grown for us in the San Luis Valley, this is the first wheat whiskey to be Bottled in Bond in Colorado, which, fittingly is known as the Centennial State.

Over five years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels
