It is 2012 and the birth of craft distilling is in its infancy. Our sister company laid this Tommy Bahama Bourbon in barrels and tucked them away for an unknown special occasion; There they sat idling away hot summers and cold winters, growing in both age and uniqueness. Our barrel house sits lakeside on Lake Chelan, and experiences all four seasons of temperature extremes, therefore drawing a deeper flavor from the wood toasting and char.
Bourbon – the great, exclusively American Spirit. The 6 year and the 4 year blend is synonymous with the launch of this portfolio. The barrels of 6 year bourbon were laid up when we first started distilling, and they have watched over us as we have grown – they commemorate our provenance; 4 years ago, the concept of a spirit portfolio celebrating the island lifestyle started to take root. The intensity of this desire grew each year. America has grown up with Bourbon; good times, hard times, and leisure times – so have we. Leisure time is the most luxurious, as we can define it as we please and have it as often as we desire. This Bourbon highlights all of those spirits in one. Draw a glass and close your eyes.
