cork was broken

The cork was broken and because of that the bottle lost some alcohol. I emailed them twice with pictures. No answer. This bottle is not cheap…they don’t take responsibly on this…the box was damaged but the other two bottles were not damaged. I ordered before without any issues except for as always almost two weeks for delivery which is not a problem to me.
