Chamucos Tequila Blanco: This Highland additive-free tequila is crafted carefully with only the best organic, Los Altos agave. The rigorous process begins with a sugar brix between 27-30, ensuring optimal sweetness. Traditional slow cooking in masonry brick ovens enhances the natural flavors, followed by a natural fermentation process using a proprietary yeast in open vat tanks. This tequila is distilled in specially designed Stainless Steel Alambique Stills and undergoes rigorous filtration stages, including micro-filtration, polishing, oxygenation, and cold filtration.
Flavor Profile: A burst of authentic blue agave flavor that tantalizes the senses. Enjoy notes of spicy undertones, vanilla, cinnamon, and fennel, coupled with citrus and orange blossoms. A faint whisper of smoke dances in the background, adding complexity. The texture is commendably silky and smooth, enveloping the palate with an earthy touch.
