Part of the distinguished 'Extrême Collection', this rum hails from the renowned West Indies Rum Distillery of Barbados, capturing the island's spirit and sun-soaked vibrancy.

- Raw Material: Crafted meticulously from molasses.
- Fermentation: A 3-4 day process, ensuring deep, robust flavors.
- Distillation: Utilizing a mix of Gregg pot still and Column still for a balanced profile.
- Aging: Aged tropically for 2 years in 200L Bourbon casks, followed by a decade of continental ageing in 200L Bourbon casks, and rounded off with an additional 2 years in a single 350L Ferrand cask.

Nose: Rich, fresh and spicy on butterscotch nutmeg, vanilla, coconut and nuts with honeysuckle, cinnamon, coffee and crême brulée.

Palate: Round and elegant on lemon peel, roasted coconut and almond with chocolate, tobacco, pepper and banana. and super rich on tropical fruits, mango, orange peel, passion fruit and vanilla with hints of anise and peach.
