The Cabal Anejo matures for a full 18 months, a process that enhances the depth of its color and aroma, and intensifies its flavor profile. This aging technique amplifies the inherent characteristics of the additive-free reposado, resulting in a palate rich in layers, featuring the sweetness of oak and butterscotch, and culminating in an ultra-smooth vanilla finish.
