Although this was my 3rd order through your website, the first 2 were pleasant experiences, this last one was a dud. The items I specifically ordered were fine, I added the $200 mystery box as a bonus for myself and was very underwhelmed. After looking the items up on your website, the ratings were middle of the road and didn’t even add up to the $200 retail mark. After seeing some of the other posts of customers being very happy and getting well above what they paid for, I was hoping to at least have one bottle that was a nice surprise. Sorry but I was pretty disappointed. I emailed you customer service that day in hopes I would get a response and still have yet to hear from anyone. Since you already got my money, I guess that’s all that matters in the long run.
