On the palate, ripe plum in dark chocolate sauce leads the way, as almond-toffee, vanilla, caramel, and baking spices percolate. The finish is layered and pleasant with plum and sultana fading slowly alongside dark chocolate and cardamom. A balanced, and decadent delight.
