Beautiful color but….

Beautiful color but the bottle was scratched. The paint came off a little. Was disappointed!!

Haven’t opened the bottle but service was terrible

I haven’t opened the bottle yet but I needed it as a gift. I ordered it 6 days before I needed it and paid for 2-day fedex shipping. The 5 days later it still hadn’t shipped and I called the store and couldn’t get through. I used the chat function next to stop the shipment since it wouldn’t arrive in time and that was useless too. The bottle arrived late and I’m not even going to venture to get a refund given the terrible experience I’ve had so far. Now I’m stuck with a $500 bottle of champagne I don’t need.
