Highland Park 17 Year Between You & I Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a limited-edition Orkney single malt created in collaboration with New York-based Egyptian artist Laila Gohar. It is the second edition in Highland Park’s Between You & I series, which explores how whisky flavors can inspire personal memories and associations.

Master Whisky Maker Marc Watson sampled more than 80 casks while developing this release. The whisky initially matured for 11 years in refill casks before continuing its maturation in highly active, unseasoned American oak. The new oak brings vibrant fruit, orange blossom, vanilla, and warming spice while allowing Highland Park’s honeyed character and aromatic peat smoke to remain present.

Bottled at 47.5% ABV, this 17-year-old single malt combines a full-bodied, silky texture with bright citrus, gentle sweetness, structured oak, and softly smoky depth.
