The idea of a double oaked nulu was awesome to me! Even with the price and shipping. Last double oaked I had was the W.R. version. Opened it smelled oaked and antique, which was great. I let my sample air out for minute or two which let breath some. Smell of carmel and a burned sweet sugar came to my noise. Taste to me was a mild spice up front which mellowed, followed by a slight oak. The age statement says 3 months with a proof of 120. Would look forward to a little longer aging in a second barrel. Would buy it again though. Did add a little water which mellowed the spice and brought a toasted taste to the bourbon.
