Process & Profile
Mi Casa 9 Year Old Small Batch Tequila Extra Anejo begins with fully mature, estate-grown Blue Weber agave harvested from the Rodriguez family’s El Potrero ranch in the highlands of Michoacán. The agave is cooked under low pressure for 18 hours, milled through a four-stage roller mill, fermented for 96 hours in open stainless steel tanks, and twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper condensers.
After nine years of barrel maturation, the tequila is assembled from 8–12 hand-selected barrels. Only six small batches were created, with each blend offering its own balance of mature agave, fruit, oak, and spice. The stated ingredients are agave, yeast, and water, with no additives used before bottling.

How to Enjoy
Mi Casa 9 Year Old Small Batch Tequila Extra Anejo is best enjoyed neat at room temperature in a tequila tasting glass, copita, or small snifter. Allow the tequila to rest in the glass for several minutes so its cooked agave, dried fruit, chocolate, and barrel spices can fully develop.
A few drops of water may be added to soften the oak and reveal additional fruit and agave. Its nine-year maturation and limited small-batch character also make it an excellent choice for premium tequila tastings, special occasions, or a carefully selected agave spirits collection.
