The tequila's origin, the Blue Agave Tequilana Weber, is nurtured in Jalisco’s fertile lands. Following strict standards of production, it is 100% non-GMO, vegan, and gluten-free. The extraction process is methodical: using cold-pressing techniques to maintain the raw purity and hydrolyzed with active enzymes.
The fermentation is purely bio-driven, using the unique Metschnikowia Agaveae yeast, an indigenous agave yeast, ensuring an all-natural process over 7 days at a regulated 22°C. After double distillation in a hybrid copper pot still, the spirit finds its home in Pennsylvania's Quercus Alba oak barrels, undergoing a remarkable transformation over 8 years, infusing it with intricate nuances.
