Rare Hare “The Tempest” 20 Year Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky
Australian Single Malt Whisky | 42% ABV (84 Proof) | 700 mL
Process & Profile
Rare Hare’s “The Tempest” is a limited 20-year-old Tasmanian single malt whisky created in collaboration with Hellyers Road Distillery. Aged first for 17 years in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky was then finished for an additional 3 years in port casks. The result is a whisky that reflects Tasmania’s maritime climate—crisp, pure, and deeply expressive—with exceptional aging conditions.
