Cultivated at an impressive height of 4,620', the agave plants mature with sugar concentrations ranging between 24-26° Brix. The secret to Cimarrón’s distinct profile is its patient, low-pressure agave roast, resulting in a luminous and pronounced taste. Fermentation remains untainted, employing only winemakers' yeast. This Reposado is then matured for 4 months in American white oak, enhancing its depth while preserving its purity. Absolutely free from additives, it offers an authentic tequila experience.
