expensive and wrong order sent

So bit the bullet and went online to get a few allocated bottles just in time for a big graduation party. Knew it would be expensive and it sure was - bottles significantly hiked up (expected), then $50+ shipping and about the same amount again to 'insure' the package. Almost $600 for eagle rare, buffalo trace, taylor, and redemption high rye (the main one I wanted). Package came and the redemption wasn't the one I ordered. Contacted them and they quickly admitted that they screwed up, but want me to leg-work the wrong one back through UPS...and when they receive it they'll supposedly send the right one. Just disappointed that a mistake like that could be made from an online order. Especially when the customer has already overpaid so much. If they would have corrected the issue by quickly sending me the right one in time for my party, I would probably be a repeat customer for special occasions. Will try Caskers next time.

Wrong bourbon

I have shared with your customer service team already, but I thought I was purchasing the CT Cured Oak bourbon. I feel like I received the wrong bourbon based on the picture on the link I used.I have a few bottles of the Small Batch and would not have purchased another one. Can I trade for the Cured Oak?
