Process & Profile

Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon Bundle brings together three distinctive expressions from Knob Creek, offering a range of age, proof, and flavor profiles from the iconic Kentucky whiskey producer. The collection includes the mature, oak-forward Knob Creek 12 Year Bourbon, the bold Knob Creek 9 Year Single Barrel Reserve bottled at 120 proof, and Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon Whiskey, which combines robust bourbon character with natural smoked maple flavor. Together, the three-bottle set moves from long-aged richness to high-proof single-barrel intensity and sweet, smoky maple character.

Tasting Notes

• Knob Creek 12 Year Bourbon: Heavy toffee, charred oak, mature tobacco, toasted coconut, dark chocolate, leathered fruit, vanilla, and caramelized wood.

• Knob Creek 9 Year Single Barrel Reserve: Robust vanilla and caramel with deep notes of nuts, oak, gentle smoke, and a long, full finish.

• Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon Whiskey: Smoked hickory, maple wood, earthy grain, rich vanilla, caramel, and a smooth, slightly sweet smoky finish.

What Makes It Special

• A versatile bundle for comparing extra-aged, high-proof single-barrel, and sweet-smoky bourbon styles side by side.
