Aging: Aged 14 years new #4 char American white oak. Finished for 6 months in ex-Hungarian Tokaji casks rated 5-6 puttonyos.
ABV: 52% ALC./VOL. (104 PROOF)
Aroma: Roasted hazelnut, grilled peach, orange and grapefruit peel, cocoa, buttercream, caramel, milk chocolate, and dried figs.
Palate: Rich and bright, with sweet layered notes. Chocolate-covered dates and figs, dried apricots, and caramelized oranges.
