No response from customer Service: Purchased Blanton Straight from the barrel

I’m giving this a 1 star for a couple of reasons. One reason I’ve emailed them twice and left 2 messages with them. My bottle did not come with the drawstring bag. This is a gift and the drawstring bag is something that is cool to have. Plus the actual Blanton box that the bottle was in was completely mutilated due to the bubble wrap that it was around. I could’ve found a better way to ship it, but my main complaint is their customer service after emailing them twice and calling them twice and leaving messages. Very disappointed that it did not have the drawstring bag included. On my two messages I left including my emails to just please ship me the drawstring bag and let me know. Again, no response. The person who is getting the gift is a golfer and had commented about using the bag for his tees. I sure hope they read this because after spending that kind of money and getting no response is disappointing.

One very fine burbon!

We first tried this at a location in Owensboro, KY. Very impressed. This burbon has a complex tasting profile and was well worth the wait, this was our first ever tasting of Blantons and it was a good one. When we seen it become available here had to grab one.
