Cazcanes No. 7 Tequila Blanco

Blanco Tequila | 40% ABV | 80 Proof | 750mL | Amatitán, Jalisco, Mexico | 100% Organic Blue Weber Agave | Certified Organic & Kosher | Additive-Free | NOM 1614

Process & Profile

Cazcanes No. 7 Tequila Blanco is produced from fully mature, certified organic Blue Weber agave harvested in the valleys of Jalisco. The agave is slowly cooked in a low-pressure autoclave through an eight-hour pressure cycle, eight hours of residual heat, and eight hours of natural cooling before extraction with a four-pass roller mill.

Mineral-rich volcanic spring water from Navichi Springs is used throughout production, followed by open-air fermentation in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast. The tequila is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils, aerated, and rested in stainless steel for one to three months before bottling, creating a full-bodied blanco with bright fruit, sweet agave, pepper, and minerality.

Cazcanes No. 7 Tequila Blanco can be enjoyed neat at room temperature to experience its sweet agave, citrus, tropical fruit, and mineral characteristics. Serving it lightly chilled or over a large ice cube creates a cooler, softer presentation while preserving its agave-forward profile.
