The Maighstir Edition is a limited release of just 2,400 bottles, with each bottle individually numbered. This bourbon is a blend of barrels hand-selected by Kentucky Owl's Master Blender, Dixon Dedman, and aged for an average of 10 years. The blend includes bourbons distilled at three different distilleries, resulting in a unique and complex flavor profile.
On the nose, the Maighstir Edition offers notes of caramel, vanilla, and a hint of tobacco. On the palate, it has a full-bodied flavor with a sweet, smooth taste of brown sugar, cinnamon, and a hint of dark chocolate. The finish is long and warming, with notes of oak and toasted nuts.
