Dewar's 25 Year Old The Signature Blended Scotch Whisky
Blended Scotch | 40% ABV | 80 Proof | 750mL | Scotland | Aged at Least 25 Years | Royal Brackla Cask Finish
Process & Profile
Dewar's 25 Year Old The Signature Blended Scotch Whisky brings together malt and grain whiskies matured for at least a quarter century. Created by master blender Stephanie Macleod, the blend returns to oak casks after blending for additional marrying time, allowing its components to develop together.
A final finishing period takes place in freshly emptied casks that previously held Royal Brackla single malt. The result combines honeyed sweetness, orchard fruit, floral notes, and gentle spice, with a subtle trace of smoke. Bottled at 40% ABV, it offers a rounded expression of Dewar’s mature blending style.

How to Enjoy
Begin with a small neat pour in a tulip-shaped tasting glass to explore its honey, fruit, and floral aromas. Add a few drops of water to compare how the sweetness and spice develop.
For a chilled serving, pour over a single large ice cube and allow the whisky to change gradually as you sip.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Is Dewar’s 25 Year Old a single malt or a blended Scotch?
It is a blended Scotch whisky made from both malt and grain whiskies. Royal Brackla cask finishing does not make it a single malt. -
Does the 25-year age statement apply to every whisky in the blend?
Yes. The youngest whisky in the blend is at least 25 years old; some components may be older. -
What are Royal Brackla finishing casks?
