Process & Profile

The Elijah Craig | Henry McKenna | Larceny Bourbon Bundle brings together three distinctive Kentucky bourbons produced by Heaven Hill Distillery. Elijah Craig delivers a classic 94-proof small-batch profile shaped by Level 3 charred oak barrels, while Henry McKenna offers the depth of a 10-year-old, 100-proof single-barrel Bottled-in-Bond bourbon.

Larceny completes the collection with a softer 92-proof wheated bourbon made by replacing rye with wheat as the secondary grain. Together, the three bottles provide a useful comparison between traditional small-batch bourbon, extra-aged single-barrel bourbon, and wheated bourbon.

Tasting Notes

• Elijah Craig Small Batch: Aromas of vanilla bean, sweet fruit, and fresh mint lead to warm flavors of oak, spice, smoke, and nutmeg, followed by a long, sweet, and lightly toasted finish.

• Henry McKenna 10 Year Single Barrel: Vanilla, caramel, oak, and light herbal notes introduce a smooth palate of mature oak, sharp spice, honey, and bourbon sweetness, ending long, sweet, and spicy.

• Larceny Kentucky Straight Bourbon: Fresh bread, toffee, and butterscotch aromas open into buttery caramel, honey, and a rich, rounded mouthfeel with a smooth, gently warming finish.

• Includes three full-size 750mL bottles, totaling 2.25 liters of Kentucky bourbon.

• An excellent tasting set, bourbon gift, or introduction to the range of flavors found across the Heaven Hill portfolio.

How to Enjoy

Taste the three bourbons side by side to experience how age, proof, barrel selection, and grain composition influence flavor. Begin with the softer Larceny Wheated Bourbon, continue with Elijah Craig Small Batch, and finish with the older and higher-proof Henry McKenna 10 Year Single Barrel.

Each bourbon can be enjoyed neat, over a large ice cube, or with a small amount of water. Elijah Craig and Larceny also work well in an Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, or Boulevardier, while Henry McKenna is best explored neat so the individual single-barrel character remains fully expressed.
