Glendalough Pot Still Irish Whiskey 750mL

Glendalough Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a distinctive pot still whiskey from the Wicklow Mountains just outside of Dublin. It is made from a 1:2 mashbill of malted and unmalted Irish barley and is distilled in a pot still according to Glendalough's specifications by an unnamed distillery. The whiskey is matured in bourbon casks and then finished for a year in Irish virgin oak casks, made from sustainably felled 140-year-old trees from the forests surrounding the distillery. This whiskey is bottled at 43% ABV, and the oak finish imparts a lot of green notes to this otherwise creamy whiskey
