Humano Tequila Joven combines the brand’s blanco, reposado, and añejo tequilas in one blend. This approach brings fresh agave, herbal, and citrus character together with the vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon notes of its aged components. Production begins with mature Blue Weber agave grown on Humano’s estate in the Highlands of Jalisco. The harvested agave is washed and cooked using both brick ovens and autoclaves before roller milling extracts the juice. Fermentation takes place in closed stainless steel tanks with proprietary yeast, followed by double distillation in stainless steel pot stills with copper.

Humano’s aged components rest in new American oak and bourbon barrels before blending. In the Joven, their influence complements cooked agave, green apple, black pepper, and herbal aromas, leading into a palate of gentle sweetness and warm spice.
