My favorite, Elijah Craig Barrel Proof is hard to find now.
This has different flavors like vanilla/caramel then cigar-ish with the aftertaste. That's all I can pull from it... not a writer. I'll pour it over a cube then take the cube out.

Just started cutting my teeth on Bourbon, typically a Single Malt sipper. I found this Bourbon very enjoyable I could nose it all day, love the high proof, very nice spices. I don't feel you can go wrong for the money.
