La Cofradía Ed. Catrina Tequila Reposado
Tequila Reposado | 40% ABV (80 Proof) | 750 mL
Process & Profile
La Cofradía Ed. Catrina Tequila Reposado is made from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico. After slow-roasting the agaves in traditional brick ovens and crushing them with a tahona wheel, the juice is distilled twice in small-batch copper pot stills. This reposado is then aged in American oak barrels for several months, allowing gentle wood influence to develop balanced notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted agave.
