It is aged for 20 years in American oak barrels, then proofed with glacier‑fed spring water from Oregon’s Mt. Hood. Each bottle features a hand‑tooled leather collar made by third‑generation saddle maker Randy Severe, celebrating the heritage of the Pendleton Round‑Up directors.
