Process & Profile
This limited-edition Plantation Vintage Rum hails from Clarendon and Long Pond distilleries in Jamaica’s Clarendon district, crafted entirely in pot stills using long fermentation techniques. The 2007 vintage was aged approximately 12 years in ex-bourbon casks under Jamaican conditions, then finished for an additional 1–2 years in Ferrand Cognac casks in France. The end result is an elegant balance of Jamaican funk, tropical fruit, and sophisticated Cognac-influenced refinement.
