The nose is exceptionally balanced and welcoming with flavors of baked red apple, caramel wafer, vanilla bean, and cinnamon –chocolate candies. On the palate, fruit and sweeter elements from the nose are in charge with a surge of spice underneath providing balance. The finish is quite long, with sweeter elements slowly fading into warming cardamom and clove. An absolutely elegant Bourbon.
