On the nose, pralines, and dried peach with caramel candies, vanilla bean, dried blackberries, and spicy cinnamon sticks. On the palate, dried blackberries in dark chocolate sauce with caramel candies sit atop a bed of praline, vanilla bean, and spicy cinnamon. The finish is rich and nicely structured with cinnamon and plum, dried blackberry and peach persisting with clove. An absolute stunner.
