I have purchased from a few other online liquor suppliers. Have to say, easily the best service I have experienced. Ordered on a Sunday evening, received my order on the following Monday. After placing my order for the Rock Hill, I remembered I wanted a Bradshaw as well. I emailed asking if I could add the Bradshaw, they actually called me, added the Bradshaw, sent me a link to pay for it, and still shipped and had it to my front door by the following Monday, 8 days start to finish. Chik Filet esq service, which is high praise. Both bottles well packaged!

I bought a $400 bottle of bourbon, a gift to a friend. Was supposed to be shipped to him but was shipped to me. Fine. Open it. Wet and smells like bourbon. After tax and shipping was $471 and went to wrong destination. 2 services: ship;booze. Both were incorrect. Had to completely clean and repackage and ship on my own and pretend the bottle was a bit light because why bother contacting them when they had one job. Ship booze and the packaging for that bottle was as inadequate as an old guy doing 45mph in his jaguar in a 55mph zone. Which happens every morning.

The RHF Bourbon is great but the Top / Cork is leaking and have not heard a response from Barrel Tap
