For starters this fair feedback should reflect zero stars. Reaching a customer service team is not possible with the email address provided. The phone number listed is useless also as evidenced by the fact that no one is ever available to take your call and voice messages go unanswered.
It is absolutely unacceptable that customers are unable to speak with anyone in reference to changes or issues relevant to their order. Perhaps, my fair feedback will yield some much needed contact. As for the glass that should’ve accompanied the bottle of whiskey; an order I tried cancelling through the listed modes of contact to no avail, my friend never received the glass. I will handle this matter directly with my bank seeing as I’ve been unable to speak with anyone via email or phone.
There’s absolutely no reason whatsoever why customers should not be able to receive the support needed. Perhaps if BT starts to lose money this will yield some much needed changes because it is not fair.
