Great product, awful company

I bought this bottle in December 26th 2024. I had sent 2 emails to their customer service regarding the order and never heard anything back from them. The product finally got delivered to the local UPS store (since they would have delivered to my home when I wasn’t home) on Thursday January 23rd 2025. That’s almost an entire month between purchase and receiving. I believe that in combination with the lack of customer service makes this horrible purchase and I will never purchase from this site again.
