Straight Rye Whiskey Blend | 103 Proof (51.5% ABV) | 750 mL
Process & Profile
This limited release from Wolves Whiskey and Willett Family Estate blends Southern tradition with West Coast character. It features a dual-origin rye blend: one is a 10-year-old Kentucky rye (51% rye, 34% corn, 15% malted barley) hand-selected by Willett, and the other is a 10-year-old Indiana rye (95% rye, 5% malted barley) aged for 7 years in Indiana and 3 additional years in Northern California. This aging journey tempers the spice and builds rich layers of flavor, delivering a nuanced rye that reflects the terroir of both Kentucky and California.
