1800 Reposado Tequila

Reposado | 40% ABV | 80 Proof | 750mL | Jalisco, Mexico | 100% Blue Weber Agave

Process & Profile

1800 Reposado Tequila combines agave character with caramel, gentle spice, and oak. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco’s volcanic soil, it begins with agave cooked in masonry brick ovens. Roller mills extract the juice before fermentation and double distillation in copper pot stills.

The tequila rests for approximately two to four months in new American and French oak barrels, using heavily charred American oak and heavily toasted French oak. These barrel-aged expressions are blended to create its honey-colored appearance and rounded profile. Agave remains present alongside caramel and subtle smoke, making this reposado suitable for sipping and cocktails.

Tasting Notes

  • Nose: Agave with gentle oak aromas.

  • Palate: Rich caramel, mild spice, and a light smoky accent.

  • Finish: Sweet orange zest, white pepper, and almond-like marzipan.

What Makes It Special

  • 100% Blue Weber agave: Made with mature agave harvested in Jalisco, Mexico.

  • Brick-oven cooking: Agave cooks for approximately 36–40 hours before extraction.

  • Copper pot distillation: Double-distilled before barrel aging.

  • Two oak types: New American and French oak contribute distinct barrel influences.

  • Versatile serving options: Enjoy neat, over ice, or mixed into tequila cocktails.

How to Enjoy
